I have been a real estate agent in the Boston metro area for the past 15 years. As an Exclusive Buyer Broker, I work exclusively with homebuyers. I thus avoid all possibility of conflict. I offer you valuable services that make your search for a home more efficient, less stressful, and certainly more enjoyable. I am not in sales, I offer you my services. I endeavor to save you money, time, and worries as I help you manage each of the various steps in the home buying process. And, at no extra cost to you, since, as a licensed real estate broker, I receive the half commission the seller’s broker offers to any broker who brings him a buyer. As an Exclusive Buyer Brokers, I empower you, the home buyer, by: · Sharing my information and experience. · Doing the legwork that allows you to spend most of your time [and weekends] as you please, while still searching for a home. · By making sure each house you will visit fits your exact specifications. · When you will be ready to make an offer, I will price comparable homes that recently sold in the immediate vicinity of the one that interests you. · I will submit to you various negotiating strategies from which you, the buyer, will choose the one that fits best your needs and your temperament. I will also help you conduct negotiations. These, and more, are all services that are not available from conventional brokers who are subjected to conflicts of interest - when they or their office has listings for which they are obligated by law to get the best price possible for the seller. I never have listings. I represent, counsel, and advocate only for you: the buyer. In the end, you will make all the decisions. I will only advise you or act on your behalf
